The story
- 01
The goal
Refresh the sanctuary and stage while keeping the character of a landmark island church.
- 02
The challenge
The church had to stay usable, and island access limits how materials and crews come and go.
- 03
Our approach
We rebuilt the stage and updated the sanctuary and the spaces behind it, sequenced around the congregation's schedule.
- 04
The result
A renewed sanctuary with a custom hardwood stage, an illuminated cross wall, updated back-of-house spaces and the original stained glass kept in place.
