The story
- 01
The goal
Expand and update an existing home so the addition, the renovated rooms and the new pool area feel like one house.
- 02
The challenge
An addition only works if the whole plan is redrawn around it, and the pool and interior work have to share one schedule.
- 03
Our approach
One design-build project covering the addition, the interior renovation and the screened pool enclosure with a fire pit.
- 04
The result
A courtyard entry with a teal front door, renovated kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, and a screened pool with a fire pit looking toward the golf course.
