For those of you who have been keeping tabs on us, Adkins Building and Construction has recently been admitted into the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) Home Loan Guaranty Program as a registered builder. Since many veterans choose to retire around the area where Adkins performs its services for its clients, this new opportunity is an exciting one.
These veterans gave their lives for this country, so whatever service opportunity they need should be pounced on immediately. That’s why Adkins Building and Construction is both happy and honored to be involved with this program.
If you are not familiar with the VA’s Home Loan Guaranty Program, it is a program that gives out loans to veterans who are eligible for them. In getting the loan, they can buy a home or refinance their home. They can also get a loan for a home that will need to be built. That is where Adkins Building and Construction comes in. As a registered builder, Adkins Building and Construction can assist veterans deemed eligible for homes with the home’s construction.
Now there are various services that that can entail. So, for example, we can build a new home, remodel a home, or renovate a home that’s already been built, just to name a few services we can provide for these veterans.
With this new role, Adkins Building and Construction is now a registered builder for veterans who have gotten loans for homes across various areas in Florida, including Sarasota and Manatee County. What we’re most excited about is that nothing here is out of the ordinary when it comes to what we usually do. The fact that we can now do it for those who served our country makes our work more enjoyable for us.
The Department of Veteran Affairs has given us a big and meaningful opportunity, and we couldn’t be more thrilled!
