Adkins Building & Construction completed a significant renovation and addition project on this outstanding golf course from home in Bradenton, Florida. This project was a design build where we provided architecture and construction services to the client.
The project consisted of renovating an existing 2400 square-foot structure and adding an additional 900 ft.² of new living area to the existing structure. We installed top quality materials and level five finishes throughout, including custom cabinetry, custom trim carpentry, many structural Improvements, all new standing seam metal roof, two brand new bathrooms, renovation of one existing bathroom, all mechanical systems, renovations to existing swimming pool and pool deck, addition of a pool cage, paver driveway and landscaping.
