This project was very unique as it entailed completely removing a large structural landscaping edifice from the back of the home, shaping and scoping the resulting landscape to accept a brand new thousand square-foot ‘fish camp’ addition. The Fishcamp is constructed from concrete slab, masonry walls and a poured 12 inch concrete roof. The entire project also included 3500 ft.² of pavers, 500 linear feet of retaining wall, irrigation, landscape lighting, landscaping, custom handrails and a very unique subterranean dual sump water management system.
