This property was an absolute disaster. Adkins Building and Construction designed and completed this renovation in Sarasota, Florida with an eye for adding value and controlling costs. The project consisted of a total demolition, rebuild of kitchen walls, updating electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems, all new custom cabinetry, superb granite counter countertops, new tile in both bathrooms and the kitchen, all new flooring, all new custom millwork and trim carpentry, many repairs and improvements to the walls and a high quality paint finish.
