Adkins Building & Construction completed an addition and an interior renovation for this waterfront home in Bradenton, Florida. The project scope consisted of removing a small dysfunctional garage space and adding a much larger modern garage space including golf cart access, impact resistant windows and brand new roofing. We also completed expanded structural improvements to the foyer of the home and we updated the plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
