We love renovations! Does it show? The renovation on this home was fairly straightforward with very little surprises, which I always appreciate! This property had been neglected fro quite some time and the pool was a disaster. The pool subcontractor removed over 30 buckets of muck from the bottom of the pool. After that we had to hire a professional drain snake company to blow the muck from the supply and drain lines! It was nasty work. Inside the home we removed a wall between the kitchen and living room, we also removed a useless access door in the master bedroom leading into the garage and gave that wasted space back to the master bathroom, creating a spacious bath with a large double vanity and walk-in closet. A new kitchen, new flooring and new windows completed this remodel.
