Adkins Building & Construction completed this design/build project in Riverview Blvd in Bradenton in 2021. The project consisted of constructing a 220 foot long masonry privacy wall faced with stucco and ornamented with precast column caps and custom lighting. A custom insulated and soundproof gate system was also constructed and added to the privacy wall to create a fully enclosed private and sound resistant interior courtyard for the homeowner. The gates are cantilevered and can operated remotely via a smart phone app.
