Bradenton Home Renovation with New Addition

This home had excellent ‘bones’ and an attractive layout that lent itself well to our renovation plans. This home was also in very poor condition when we acquired it and we made a plan to not only repair what was broken to completely open the living areas and to add an additional living space where the original porch is located.

We also relocated some interior walls to maximize closet and bath space in the master bedroom and we added a new roof, new windows, new AC and a very attractive kitchen with high-end slate appliances.

I like retain to at least one aspect of the original home if possible and in this case we were able to save the stone work in the foyer and front elevation. It looked fantastic and we we’re again able to turn a tragedy into a triumph. We are a contractor in Anna Maria, contractor in Bradenton and a Home Builder in Bradenton.
