Rivo

The Rivo at Ringling is a premier condominium in the heart of downtown Sarasota. The Rivo is conveniently located near the charming city’s entertainment, shopping, and world class beaches. The building is 15 stories high and houses over 100 condos, and is built right around an interior atrium.

James Adkins, owner of Adkins Building & Construction, was a Field Engineer for the General Contractor on this project. The responsibility of the field engineer includes horizontal and vertical control, all layout for building structures and quality control of MEPF layout.
