Alinari at Rosemary Place

Alinari at Rosemary Place on the north end of downtown Sarasota, Florida. James Adkins, owner of Adkins building and construction, was the lead Field Engineer on this project working for the general contractor who built this amazing building. As the lead field engineer, James was responsible for the vertical and horizontal building control and all construction layout supervision and management. This included all trades, plumbing, electrical, mechanical plus all paving, grading and drainage.
