Adkins Building & Construction completed a large restoration and renovation project on this unique home in Palmetto, Florida. The scope of the project included removing and replacing rotted wood framing and subfloor, tenting of the home for wood destroying organisms, updates to plumbing and electrical, custom cabinetry and a gorgeous tile installation on the floor and shower.
