Adkins Building & Construction was hired for this design/build accessory dwelling unit (ADU) project in Bradenton, Florida. The project consisted of a full design package and construction of a 750 square-foot accessory dwelling unit in the client’s backyard. As you can see, attention was paid to storm readiness with hardened masonry construction and impact resistant glazing. This chic ADU also offers a cool modern layout! The project turned out fantastic, and the new owners are very happy their extended family can now stay on their property!
