Our Project Stages
From initial concept to final touches, the project typically progresses through several key phases: Discovery & Planning, Design Development, Pre-Construction, Construction and Styling/Install/Completion. Each phase is designed to build upon the previous one, allowing for flexibility, cost control, and timely delivery. In this summary, we’ll walk you through each phase, highlighting what to expect and how we work together to bring your vision to life.
We collect your inspiration via BuilderTrend and create initial designs. We host first design meetings.
- First meeting with architectural designer
- First meeting with interior designer for material selections
- Presentation of design concepts and discussion .
We refine your selections and designs, complete plans and documents and submit for permitting.
- Second meeting with architectural
designer - Second meeting with interior
designer for material selections - Confirm all plans and selections,
submit for permitting
We obtain permit and construction begins.
- Sub-contracts are executed,
materials are confirmed and/or
ordered, job-site is made ready - Construction begins and continues
according to GANTT.
Construction is completed, all permitting requirements are met and the project is closed. Warranty folder is presented.
- All punch list items are managed
- Construction is complete and
permit is closed - We deliver all warranties for the
project.
