Proactive and intelligent, Melvin is a skilled communicator and as Adkins’ COO often serves as the lead problem solver.

Scot has worked in the construction industry for 24 years, with extensive experience in structural building construction. A licensed building contractor, Scot has managed many new construction residential and commercial projects, a bulk of which exceed five million dollars in contract value.
Brian Davis
General Contractor
Brian is a licensed General Contractor who, for the past 25 years, has been managing custom building projects in Honolulu, Hawaii and Marin County, California. Brian’s extensive knowledge of construction management ensures our projects are completed on time, on budget and with the highest quality. On his days off, Brian competes in Ironman triathlons and practices his love of custom woodworking.
