Adkins Building & Construction is proud to have completed a remarkable tenant improvement design/build project on the vibrant St. Armand’s Circle in Sarasota, Florida. As the General Contractor of the project, we demolished the existing interior commercial space, paving the way for a transformative project that would bring a unique touch to the area.

Our main task on this project was to design and create a new dining space that would indulge the locality with a fresh pasta to-go business. As experts in this field, we dedicated ourselves to bringing the vision of our client to life beyond their expectations, implementing modern and stylish techniques in construction and design.

The entire project was characterized by attention to detail as well as the use of innovative and sustainable elements for both aesthetic and functional purposes. Our team of experts completed new interior framing, drywall, mechanical, electric, plumbing, and created a new aluminum store-front system to make the restaurant stand out. The kitchen, cabinets, and all associated millwork were installed with precision and accuracy, ensuring a long-lasting finish.

Our previous experience in similar building projects gave us the necessary knowledge to implement a small addition onto the rear of the building, creating a utility and storage area. This addition was completed with the same passion and dedication as the rest of the project, resulting in a seamless integration of the new construction with the existing building.

Adkins Building & Construction company takes great pride in creating spaces that reflect our clients’ vision perfectly, and this tenant improvement project on St. Armand’s Circle was no exception. We ensured timely and efficient deliveries throughout the project, and we were meticulous in the execution and completion process.
