Waterfront renovation in Key Royale on Anna Maria Island Florida. Adkins Building and Construction took an original home from the 1960s and completely renovated it, bringing it freshly in to the 21st-century. The renovations included adding an addition, adding one new bath, remodeling two existing bathrooms, expanding the existing kitchen and a full kitchen renovation. We also conducted structural modifications to the master wing, including adding new doors and windows, all new tile, all new drywall, custom carpentry and custom cabinetry. The project also included all new mechanical systems, plumbing systems and electrical systems, a renovated swimming pool, all new flooring and custom carpentry throughout. This project was completed on time and on budget.
