1. Initial Consultation

2. Design

3. Lot and House Plan
Here we discuss the lot and requirements your home will need. We go over the final plans and converse about any changes needed.
4. Budget Review
We take all the information from the previous processes and put that into a budgetary format to see the total cost of your new build. Once approved, we will finalize all the documents and start construction.
5. Permitting and Construction
This is where the fun begins. After all documents and plans have been approved by the city, we break ground for your future home.
6. Home Sweet Home
You made it! The last step to our process is your satisfaction. We want this building to be your home. And we will continue to be available for anything you need.
